Before your test date, log in to your OET account and carefully review your personal details to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in on test day. Make sure that your name, date of birth, ID number, and ID expiry date are accurate and match your identification document exactly. If your original ID has expired or is no longer available-for example, due to visa processing you may use an alternative acceptable ID.

However, it is essential to update the new ID details in your OET account before the test to avoid any issues during verification.

Your official DET test start times are communicated through multiple channels, including your OET online account, the booking confirmation email, and reminder emails sent before the test date. It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularly check all these sources to ensure they are aware of their scheduled test time. Candidates must log in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete essential pre-test checks. This preparation period allows you to verify your identity, check your internet connection, test your microphone, camera, and audio settings, and review the test instructions calmly. Logging in early helps minimize the risk of technical issues and ensures a smooth and stress-free test experience.

Grade A | Score: 450-500

Grade B | Score: 400-440

Grade C+ Score: 300-340

  1. You can manage conversations in healthcare settings
  2. Some errors may occur, but your message is still clear
  3.  You understand standard medical English used in your profession

Grade C | Score: 250-290

  1. You can communicate in basic healthcare situations
  2. Errors are more frequent and may slow down communication
  3. Understanding is limited in complex or fast conversations
