These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", "you") and OET GCC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing the OET GCC website (oetgcc.com), enrolling in our training programme, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
OET GCC provides:
OET GCC does not administer the official OET exam itself. The actual OET test is conducted by Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment Trust under the rules of the OET examination body.
The OET GCC Complete Programme is a one-time payment of USD 195 (limited-time offer; regular price USD 390). There are no instalment plans, hidden fees, or recurring subscriptions.
Payment is processed by our authorised payment gateway providers. By submitting payment, you authorise us (and the gateway) to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Dashboard access is activated within minutes of payment confirmation, but no later than 24 hours. If access is not activated after 24 hours, contact info@oetgcc.com.

A valid passport is mandatory for OET exam verification. Your name, date of birth, ID number, and ID expiry date must match your passport exactly. You are responsible for updating these details in your OET account if they change.
All content on the OET GCC website and programme — including text, videos, practice questions, study materials, branding, logos, and software — is the property of OET GCC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content solely for your personal OET preparation. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Our services integrate with third-party providers (payment gateways, OET exam-delivery platforms, live-class platforms, analytics, customer-support tools). Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to deliver an exceptional programme, we do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OET GCC, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, opportunities, or data — arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold OET GCC harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reasonable cause. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law or our refund policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OET GCC is registered. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Effective date". Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
